If you’ve been away from your quest with Cat Quest, the GentleBros released an update for the game that includes new game modes and a new quest involving “Kitmas”.
The new modes gives the player new and challenging ways to play the game, also known as “Meow-difiers” in the game. Some challenges include always stay at level 1, equipment is not allowed to be used, stronger enemies, and only have 9 lives (whereas the game has infinite continues).
New chests are also available in the game in specific dungeons.
The update is free and available now for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, all mobile apps, and PC. You can also read our review on the game itself here at Cat with Monocle.
