Nippon Ichi Software broadcasted an event in Japan and revealed they are working on a high resolution version of Makai Senki Disgaea (aka Disgaea: Hour of Darkness). While no platform was detailed during the event, the remake will launch this summer. We can only expect that Disgaea HD remake will surely release on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

Disgaea: Hour of Darkness originally released on the PlayStation 2 in 2003 for Japan, NA and Europe in 2004. The game ported over to the PlayStation Portable (PSP), Nintendo DS, and PC.
