After a long silence of any Wreck-It-Ralph 2 news and footage, Disney finally breaks the silence with an official trailer of Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It-Ralph 2. The story starts after Wreck-It Ralph (John C. Reilly) and Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) saves the day from King Candy from taking over the arcades. Litwak’s Arcade gets an upgrade to access the internet and brought curiosity to Ralph and Vanellope. Suddenly they are sucked in and dropped into the world of the internet.
The teaser shows off more about the world Ralph and Vanellope with some gags and right off-the-bat, an easter egg of a young Moana is re-used in the Wreck-It-Ralph 2 movie. No other cameos or mentioned of some evil plot happening. While the movie isn’t out for a few months, fans should be excited what the new movie will bring. Rumors from Disney’s D23 Expo in 2017 hinted that Disney princesses and Star Wars characters would make a cameo. No mentioned of video game characters yet but we expect they’ll show up somewhere. Perhaps we’ll get to see Mario?
