Square Enix has announced its next character for the Dissidia Final Fantasy NT roster, Final Fantasy VI‘s Locke Cole (Lock Cole in Japan). The thief, err I mean Treasure Hunter is a welcoming surprise for fans of the classic role-playing game (RPG) from the Super Nintendo (SNES).

The new character will come with three alternate skins, additional weapons, avatars, new background music tracks, and a new stage (in the mountains of Narshe).

You can view Locke’s reveal in the video below, filled with nostalgia of the classic Final Fantasy VI. Locke will be available only through the season pass at the end of June. Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is available for the PlayStation 4.
