Square Enix has officially announce that Star Ocean: Anamnesis will release this July for both the App Store and Google Play. Apple mobile users can now register for the Apple Testflight closed beta to get an exclusive preview of the game.

Last year’s E3 Expo, Square Enix had their other mobile game Knight’s Knight to play, we’re expecting to see Star Ocean: Anamnesis available to play there with their display phones.

Square Enix has been building a portfolio for smartphones. With Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth launched earlier this week, RPG Star Ocean: Anamnesis is making its way west and Android users can pre-register the game right now.

Similar to Fire Emblem: Heroes and Final Fantasy EXVIUS, Star Ocean:Anamnesis will call-in characters from the series to aid you in battle. Here’s a synopsis of the mobile game, straight from Google Play:

STORY
