Nintendo isn’t done with the 3DS/2DS. Nintendo Japan has just announced three new 2DS XL bundles, each one coming with a game pre-installed.
Minecraft New 2DS XL Creeper Edition
Minecraft New 2DS XL Creeper Edition will have a 2DS XL themed after the Creeper and a pre-installed copy of Minecraft: New 3DS Edition. Releases Thursday, August 2, 2018 for 16,980 yen (excluding tax).
New 2DS XL Animal Crossing Edition
New 2DS XL Animal Crossing Edition, announced in Europe in June, is getting released in Japan. The bundle will come with Animal Crossing: New Leaf and has an unique letter design and cut-out of the famous Animal Crossing leaf. Releases Thursday, July 19, 2018 for 15,980 yen (excluding tax).
New 2DS XL Mario Kart 7
The third bundle is the New 2DS XL Mario Kart 7. This bundle comes with Mario Kart 7 and is styled with a red and black color theme. Slick.
No news yet from Nintendo America if these bundles will come overseas but let’s hope they do!
