UPDATE 7/6/18 at 4:25pm ET: We’ve added the official trailer and details of the game.

Lots of goodies are happening over at Anime Expo. New trailers, game reveals, and now during the Lab Zero Games’ panel Skullgirls 2nd Encore will be landing on the Nintendo Switch “soon.” No date set but for now we have confirmation, thanks to twitter user @AtroxChobatsu for being at the panel.

While the roster is not just about the girls, the indie brawler has been a popular title that has launched during the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 days and has ported over to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC.

Here’s the official details on the game:

Skullgirls is a fast-paced 2D fighting game that puts players in control of fierce warriors in an extraordinary Dark Deco world. It’s a modern take on classic arcade fighters with a high-definition, hand-drawn twist!

With fourteen colorful characters, a beautifully illustrated story mode, in-depth tutorials, and innovative game systems, Skullgirls has something for everyone, from fighting game newcomers to hardcore fans.
