Dragon Ball Xenoverse has become a very popular video game series for Dragon Ball fans. Taking the anime series’s original story and twisting it to various “what if” scenarios, it certainly grabbed a lot of attention from fans of the popular anime series.

With two games and released over a few years ago and the second game on the Nintendo Switch since fall last year, the Xenoverse series has exceeded over 10 million unit sales worldwide, this includes physical and digital versions of the games.

What’s even more surprising is that the games have some age to them. The first Xenoverse title released in February 2015 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC (Steam). Xenoverse 2 was released in October 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One,PC (Steam), and about a year later for the Nintendo Switch.

With Xenoverse 2 still popular, the game is currently receiving new content this summer and who knows how long afterwards. As long as fans are continuously playing the game, Bandai Namco will keep adding more to the game.
