Kingdom Hearts mobile game called Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] has been out for awhile and you may want to jump into it. Announced this morning from Square Enix, “Classic Kingdom” mini games are available to play in the mobile game. These mini games will also appear in Kingdom Hearts III if you decide not to play the mobile game.

Why should you care? By completing specific missions in Union χ[Cross], you can receive a code redeemable for the Starlight Keyblade that can be used in Kingdom Hearts III. Great opportunity for Square to drive fans to play their mobile game. Offering a free digital weapon for the highly anticipated game.

Classic Kingdom games are inspired by the retro LCD portable games from the 1980s. For those who did not grow up with these, think of Mr. Game & Watch from the Super Smash Bros series.

Kingdom Hearts III launches on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One January 29, 2019. Kingdom Hearts Union χ[Cross] is a free-to-play game (with in-game purchases) that’s available now at the App Store and Google Play. You can also visit the official website for the mobile game for further details.
