A new Dragon Ball game was teased titled “Project Z” last week from Bandai Namco. After the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour tournament, the Project Z trailer dropped. The official title of the game has not been finalized but the game will revolve around the storyline of Goku, the protagonist of the popular Dragon Ball series.

The game is set to be an action roleplaying game. However in this trailer, viewers relive the popular scenes of the animated series, no gameplay footage. The cinematic scenes do look great! We’ll have to wait a bit longer on the game’s official title, launch date window, and the game mechanics. Hopefully the game won’t become another Dragon Ball Z: Sagas game.

Project Z is set to launch in 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
