June is about to become a blood bath. After revealing last year of Netflix picking up the popular anime series, Neon Genesis Evangelion has a released date. Neon Genesis Evangelion releases on June 21 on Netflix. It is also revealed that not only do we get all 26 episodes but the two movies EVANGELION:DEATH TRUE² and The End of Evangelion on the same day. That’s a whole lot of Evangelion for your summer.

Neon Genesis Evangelion animated series launched back in 1995 in Japan. The series has eventually released to the west and a recreated story in four movies. The fourth movie, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0, will release sometime in 2020. For those new to the series, Evangelion has made a huge impact not only in Japan but globally. Get ready to suit up this June.
