Rune Factory 4 originally released on the Nintendo 3DS in 2012 is making its way to the Nintendo Switch soon, titled Rune Factory 4 Special. Rune Factory 4 Special release date announced to release on February 25 for North America, February 28 for Europe.

Having to play the demo at XSEED’s booth during E3 2019, the game feels updated and intriguing. Graphics improved, cleaner user interface (UI) and voice dialogue added. The game features English and Japanese audio languages, as well as English, French, and German subtitle options. In the game, you can choose to either be a prince or princess. No matter what you choose, it’s your royal duty to help the townsfolk. You’ll also explore dungeons and fight monsters.

Rune Factory 4 Special release date set for February 25, 2020 in North America, February 28 in Europe on the Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders for a limited edition set available now on XSEED’s online store. The game comes with a 160-page art book, soundtrack disc and physical game. Those who pre-order the game will receive a special bonus, Swimsuit Day, giving swimsuit outfits for all major characters to use while playing.
