Shantae’s next adventure, Shantae and the Seven Sirens received a new look from its opening animation, thanks to the collaboration of Studio Trigger. Those who play on Apple Arcade can start playing the second part of the game today. Everyone else? Shantae and the Seven Sirens release date set for May 28, 2020 for consoles and PC. The game priced at $29.99 USD for console and PC digitally. A physical edition to release at a later date by Limited Run Games. Not only did publisher WayForward dropped news of a release date but also a new trailer, screenshots and story synopsis.

Story beings when Shantae visits a tropical paradise where she befriends new Half-Genie allies. However, things turn upside down as Shantae discovers that something sinister is going on underneath the island’s surface. While uncovering mysterious, Shantae will need to rely on her new dance abilities and transformations to battle against diabolical foes, not the least of which are the mysterious Seven Sirens!

First in the Shantae series, the game will support 4K and a collectible card system that lets players augment Shantae’s powers in various ways.
