It’s more than just competitions in the world of Sakura Wars. Demons enter the battlefield to try and wipe out humanity. Sega launches the Sakura Wars Demon Conflict trailer, focusing on the characters of Ooboro and Yaksha. Oboro, a warped minded enemy who enjoys traumatizing and Yaksha, a mysterious figure who has a close resemblance of a former star.

Sakura Wars first debuted in Japan on the Sega Saturn in 1996 and became a success. An animated OVA series was released between 1997 and 1998 as Sakura Wars: The Gorgeous Blooming Cherry Blossoms. Sega has brought back many of the original creators for this reboot to give it an authentic feel and more animated. For more information on the game, you can visit the official website.
