UPDATE June 15, 2020: Jump Force releases on the Nintendo Switch August 28th, 2020.

Jump Force Deluxe Edition announced by Bandai Namco this morning. This edition will jump onto the Nintendo Switch this year and to come with season 1 character pass. That’s over 50 playable characters. A new offline 3 vs. 3 mode is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch version.

In addition to the Jump Force Deluxe Edition, season 2 character pass announced for all consoles and PC.  Its first character to release is Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia. Shoto becomes the third character from the series and becomes available this spring 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Nintendo Switch players have to wait till the official game releases later in the year. Season 2 pass retailing at $17.99 USD for five playable characters, including Shoto. The remaining four characters to come from YuYu Hakusho, HUNTER X HUNTER, Bleach, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
