Animal Crossing New Horizons April Update

Gardening, art and wedding bells ringing.

Yesterday, Nintendo gave us updates regarding Super Mario Maker 2 content. Today, it’s Animal Crossing New Horizons. Animal Crossing New Horizons April update reveals a lot of content from gardening to weddings and events for the rest of April, May and June. The free updates begin April 23rd and here’s what you can except:

  • Leif’s Garden Shop
You can now purchase and plant shrubs
  • Jolly Redd’s Treasure Trawler
Redd is back and he’s selling some fine arts and furniture on his boat. Be aware of counterfeit art.
  • Museum Expansion
Your neighborhood museum is getting an expansion for art galleries.

Those who felt the burn from the bunny day event can feel the relief with these next set of events. Here’s the list of events happening for the next three months:

  • Nature Day (April 23-May 4)
Special promotion for Nook Miles+ members. Earn extra miles for specific Nature Day activities.
  • May Day Tour (May 1-7)
A one-time May Day Ticket will take you to a limited-time island. A special visitor may appear.
  • International Museum Day (May 18-31)
Blathers will be holding a Stamp Rally where players collect stamps by touring the museum. After collecting, turn them in for rewards.
  • Wedding Season (June 1-30)
It’s wedding season and you’re invited to celebrate Reese and Cyrus wedding anniversary. Arrange and take anniversary photos in the wedding-photo studio. Additionally, players can earn wedding-themed items for helping out.
