A big day for Japanese games during NGPX’s online stream event. NIS America showcased a few games and one of them Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, announced to release in the west in 2021. The game released already in Japan since September 2019, giving hope for Ys fans to continue their journey. Pre-orders for the game already opened for the limited edition sets for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Surprisingly since a solid 2021 release date still unknown.

Renowned adventurer Adol Christin is cursed by a mysterious woman and becomes a Monstrum, a powerful being who can exorcise monsters.
