Animal Crossing New Horizons summer updates announced by Nintendo. While not as many events compared to its previous months, this is a wild one for exploring. These free updates will come out in two waves. Wave 1 releases July 3rd, here’s what you can except:

• Swimming and diving
  You can now dive into the ocean to collect new creatures and activities.
• New sea creatures for museum
  Explore and find new creatures living in the ocean and take them to donate to your island’s museum.
• Summer recipes
  Summer time based recipes will let you make seashell and ocean items to decorate and wear.
• Pascal returns
  The red sea otter comes back to help you out with your ocean exploration.
• Gulliver the Pirate?
  Gulliver makes a return to shore wearing a pirate outfit. What does he have in store for you?

Wave 2 updates will release early August. No details what’s in stored but based on the graphic presented by Nintendo, fireworks could be coming.
