Inti Creates makes a special announcement during the BitSummut Gaiden. Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 revealed in development for the Nintendo Switch. Keiji Inafune （LEVEL5 comcept CCO) returns as action supervisor with director Yoshihisa Tsuda. Two worked together on bringing the first two entries of Azure Striker Gunvolt, making a true sequel of the series.

Today, we announced the newest title in our “Azure Striker GUNVOLT” series with the reveal of “Azure Striker GUNVOLT 3” at the online indie game event “BitSummut Gaiden”.
Just like the previous titles in the series, we are joined once again by executive producer/action supervisor Keiji Inafune (LEVEL5 comcept CCO), and we will work together to bring the game’s 2D action to the next level.

A new hero introduced to the new titled game. Kirin, a shrine maiden with a Septimal power that allows her to seal the abilities of others. In addtion, she can use enchanted talismans and a sword crafted from a pewter staff.
Azure Striker Gunvolt 3 revealed did not announced a release date. However the 2D side-scrolling action game lands first on the Nintendo Switch. PlayStation players will have to wait little longer. The game’s official website opened to the public.
