Multiple NieR announcements made during this year’s Tokyo Game Show 2020. One of the biggest ones is NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139, announcing a release date for April 2021 worldwide. Since the announcement back in March 2020, it’s been quiet on the progress of the remastered game. The NieR staff showcased not only a new trailer and gameplay footage but a limited edition for fans to purchase.
Announced during their panel at Tokyo Game Show, the team behind the development of the game announced a “Snow White Edition” of the game. This limited edition shown during the panel contains seven sets of scripts used for the voiceovers, 2-disc soundtrack, set of pins, the physical game and a box to contain the set. No statue which is a bit of a bummer when compared to the NieR Automata “Black Box Edition” but still a nice set for NieR fans. The North American and Europe version of the Snow White Edition will have the same setup and pre-orders open on the Square Enix store for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Steam (PC) for $159.99 (USD).
