The free-to-play, role-playing tactical game, Dragon Quest Tact is heading west for iOS and Android devices. The mobile game released in Japan earlier in July 2020. A trademark was filed for the United States and Europe and no details to what that exactly means until just recently from Square Enix’s tweeted announcement.

Dragon Quest Tact – Story Synopsis:

Long ago in the days of old, an evil Demon King ruled the world until a man and woman with the Tact of Legend took a stand against the King with their fellow monster companions.

This man and woman led their companions to battle against the King and the King ended up being sealed away.

The world returned to peace but the stories of the man and woman were forgotten…

Much time has passed since…

And the Demon King’s hand prepares to rule once again…

Players will befriend, train, and lead a team of monsters for victory. With your Dragon Quest monsters, you can customize, equip, and train to fit your combat style. Using a tactical stage, a chess-like battle, to outwit your opponents. Dragon Quest Tact directed by Yuji Horii and features music composed by Koichi Sugiyama. Monster designs by the famous Akira Toriyama.

Android users can pre-register the game now on Google Play. The official Japanese website and English website open to those interested in the mobile game. For more Dragon Quest goodies, check out our Dragon Quest XI wallpapers and the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Hero wallpapers.
