Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX Release Date Set for This Summer

Bring back the nostalgia from the glory Sega days.

Alex Kidd hasn’t made an appearance since his 1990 game, Alex Kidd in Shinobi World for the classic Sega Master System. Last year during the summer, Merge Games announced the return Alex Kidd, calling the next entry Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX. It’s been almost a year and finally, Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX release date confirmed to launch this summer on many platforms. The game will retail for $19.99 USD when it releases on June 24, 2021.

Alex’s new look looks incredibly gorgeous in pixel art that feels similar to the indie game, Owlboy. Additionally, the game’s cut scenes are clean and vibrant. Merge Games also worked on other creative titles such as Spirit of the North, Streets of Rage 4, Sparklite, and Dead Cells.

For physical edition collector’s an Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX – Signature Edition available to pre-order right now on Signature Edition website for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox consoles, and Nintendo Switch. Retailing for $65.17 USD, except for the Nintendo Switch at $70.19 USD. The bundle includes these items:
