Metroid Dread Samus Version 2 Wallpapers

New look. New planet to explore.

Metroid first made an appearance on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1986. Players control bounty hunter Samus Aran, protecting the galaxy from Space Pirates. These Space Pirates look to use the power of the parasitic Metroid creatures to take over the galaxy. The Metroid series may not be the most popular Nintendo series but holds a special place for many players over the years. Many years passed since a 2D game released and during Nintendo’s E3 presentation in the summer of 2021, a new Metroid game announced, Metroid Dread. Bringing back 2D side-scrolling action while Samus looks to be the one hunted by robots called E.M.M.I. The game adds stealth elements to its gameplay, keeping players on their toes while exploring the planet ZDR. Those interested in the game can purchase the digital version on Nintendo’s eshop. To celebrate the return of Samus on the Nintendo Switch after a long slumber, you can grab yourself this Metroid Dread Samus version 2 wallpaper for your favorite devices.
