With the success of Sonic Mania‘s mini animated series, why stop there.  As the launch of  Sonic Colors: Ultimate soon to release, Sega launches a new short series for the game, Sonic Colors: Rise of the Wisps. The fist part released and uses voice actors compared to the Sonic Mania series. While the episode is more so building up the story, Metal Sonic makes an appearance with a few gags. Expect more action in the upcoming parts.

Sonic Colors: Ultimate releases September 7, 2021 on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Epic Games).
