The My Hero Academia live play, titled My Hero Academia: The “Ultra” Stage, first launched before the global pandemic in April 2019 in Tokyo and Osaka. Recently a live stream event held online from August 13-19. A second part, titled titled My Hero Academia: The “Ultra” Stage: Honmono no Hero PLUS ULTRA ver., originally to play in July 2020 but due to COVID-19. The second play will play at Tokyo Dome City Hall from December 3-12, and at Tokyo Gekijō from December 24-26 this year. This part will bring in more villains to the party, Dabi, Toga and Twice.
Today, a third play announced while no specific date and what’ll cover based on the manga, set for spring 2022. While it’s unknown if an official recording will release, fans outside of Japan are still waiting on a release timeframe of the third animated film, My Hero Academia The Movie: World Heroes’ Mission.
