With games like God of War: Ragnarok, Gran Turismo 7 and Hogwarts Legacy not making a release for 2021, Horizon Forbidden West was bound to be a 2022 release sooner or later without a release date made yet. Where rushing games to patch later has left a bad stigma, players are becoming more understanding with delays for a well-built game. Don’t fret as the delay actually has a month release window. Aloy will return in February 18, 2022 for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
For the time being, you can at least play Aloy in her debut in Genshin Impact on September 1st on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. That’s not all, Guerrilla Games, developers of the Horizon series, released a free PlayStation 5 upgrade to the original, Horizon Zero Dawn game. Giving Aloy’s first adventure in 60 fps in 4K resolution. How generous!
Surprise announcement we know you’ve been waiting for: the Enhanced Performance Patch for Horizon Zero Dawn on PlayStation 5 is live now!
