Morgana isn’t the only feline coming to Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania. Hello Kitty rolls into Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as a playable DLC character when the game releases on October 5th. Like the other DLC characters announced, Hello Kitty also cost $4.99 USD. Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania becomes the next game to announce paid DLC before the game is released instead of waiting after its release.
This isn’t the only time the popular cat made an appearance in video games. Hello Kitty appeared in Sega’s Sonic Dash and items based off of the character for Animal Crossing New Horizons‘ amiibo cards. Where else will Hello Kitty appear in?
Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania releases on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on October 5, 2021. Console price retails at $39.99 USD, the PC version at $29.99 USD.
