Blossom Tales: The Sleeping King, one of the best indie titles to come out when the Nintendo Switch was less than a year old, finally getting a sequel it deserves. Blossom Tales: The Minotaur Prince announced by Playtonic, brings the development team, Castle Pixel back to develop the sequel. The game’s trailer announces the game’s sequel and some gameplay but the game won’t be out till 2022 for the PC (Steam) and Nintendo Switch.
Blossom Tales II‘s gameplay looks to keep the top-down, Zelda-esque gameplay and that’s great news who enjoyed the first installment. Those looking to play the game on their PC can add the game to their wishlist on Steam today. If you haven’t played the first Blossom Tales yet, we recommend playing it. Additionally you can listen to us talking with Rob from Castle Pixel on the success of the first game from our previous podcast episodes.
