Since the PlayStation 5 launch, indie companies have tried to launch their own PlayStation 5 color plates but were quickly squashed by Sony’s legal team. It seemed for some time Sony was going to make their own lineup and today, they did just that. Sony offers five different colors for your hard-to-find console: midnight black, cosmic red, starlight blue, galactic purple and nova pink. As of now, you can only pre-order the midnight black and cosmic red for $54.99 USD on the official PlayStation site. Release date scheduled for January 21, 2022.

Sony already introduced and released the midnight black and cosmic red controllers. With additional colors announced, it’s not a surprise Sony would add additional choices to their DualSense controllers. The galactic purple, starlight blue and pink nova are available now for pre-order on the PlayStation website. Like the cosmic red’s price increase, the remaining colors will also sell for $74.99 USD, release January 14, 2022.
