Monster-taming, RPG, and Pokémon-like game, Coromon, adds new gameplay options before its release on March 31st. Players can modify the game’s difficulty settings in any of these four modes: Easy, Regular, Hard, and Insane. Additonally the game adds a unique mode called “Nuzlocke”. This new mode lets trainers set a strict ruleset to follow and can be adjusted. For example, players can only capture one Coromon per area, no running from battles, no teleporting items. Even harder, once the Coromon faints in battle, it doesn’t come back. Get ready to play that sad violin on repeat. Additional information regarding each difficulty mode explained in the video provided below.

Outside of your journey, players can match against other trainers on the game’s multiplayer online matches. Players can also jump between the Nintendo Switch and Steam version of the game whenever.

Coromon releases March 31, 2022 on the Nintendo Switch and PC.
