Trigun, one of the classic anime series from 1998 is looking to come back after one season and a movie (2010). That’s correct, the Trigun anime returns in 2023 after a long absence in the anime world. The anime field unfinished and could certainly keep going but it’s good to see Vash the Stampede returning. English voice actor Johnny Yong Bosch is on board returning to voice Vash if given the opportunity.
The official title of the new anime, Trigun Stampede will have a special panel during this year’s Anime Expo on July 2nd at 8pm PT. Expect a trailer and other information soon. The series creator Yasuhiro Nightow, Kouji Tajima (Designer), Kiyotaka Waki (Producer at Orange), Yoshihiro Watanabe (Producer at Orange) and Katsuhiro Takei (Producer at Toho) will be attending the panel. The animation series will be a new, original series.
