New year. New entertainment. After some holiday time, January looks to keep gamers, especially anime fans, busy to start off 2023. This month is swapping popular titles from anime to games and vis versa. Dragon Ball Z and One Piece set to release their games in January while NieR Automata and The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel go animated. The next Fire Emblem title set to release on the Nintendo Switch as PlayStation and Xbox players finally get a chance to play Monster Hunter Rise. Both Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden get new console releases as That Time I Got Reincarnated‘s film hits theaters worldwide.
