Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai Release Date Announced

Dai and team arrive worldwide this fall.

After announcing a worldwide release last year and window launch, Infinity Strash: Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai release date announced for September 28th this year. It’s the anime’s second game to release since its anime remake that launched 100 episodes. The first being mobile game which unfortunately ended its service.

Players can play Infinity Strash in two ways: Story Mode and the Temple of Recollection. Story Mode is what you expect, following Dai’s footsteps from the original story but how far will the story will go is still up in the air. Temple of Recollection lets players adventure in dungeons that changes every play-through. Players can gain rewards and grow stronger the deeper you go in this mode. To gain the most out of your characters, you’ll be able to collect and equip accessories called “Bond Memories’. Each time players unlock a Bond Memory, scenes from the original manga are showcased. Additionally, these accessories can be powered-up in the Temple of Recollection. Role-playing fans will want to keep an eye on this title, especially fans of the original manga/anime series.

The role-playing game (RPG) is available now for pre-order on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam, and Microsoft Store. The Nintendo Switch version will be available at a later date. Those who pre-order the title will receive Dai’s “Legendary Hero” outfit and the Bond Memory “The Hero’s Tutor”. Square Enix is also releasing a Digital Deluxe Edition that provides the following items along with the full game download:

  • Popp’s “Legendary Mage” outfit
  • Maam’s “Legendary Priest” and “Legendary Martial Artist” outfits
  • Hyunckel’s “Legendary Swordsman” and “Legendary Warrior” outfits
