After 33 years, they’re coming back. Originally released as Shadow of the Ninja in North America (Blue Shadow in Europe) for the Nintendo Entertainment Systems (NES) in the ’90s, the classic platformer comes back remade for today’s modern consoles.

This two coop game let’s players fight together between the male or female ninja in this side-scrolling adventure. Like Pocky & Rocky Reshrined, Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn will keep its 16-bit style pixel art and brining the original composer, Iku Mizutani, for this remake. The game will support nine languages: Japanese, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

Shadow of the Ninja – Reborn announced to release on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC in spring 2024. Additional information available on the game’s official Japanese website.
