EA Sports reveals the Madden 27 cover for the upcoming NFL video game. The athlete to posterize this year’s Madden game is the Chicago Bears quarterback, Caleb Williams. His presence will be printed on both the Standard and Deluxe editions. This is the first-ever Bears player to be featured on the primary cover of the popular game.

Caleb Williams came off of an impressive sophomore year in the NFL, leading the Bears to its playoff win against their rivals, the Green Bay Packers. Caleb Williams had the following to say when he found out he was going to be on the cover for Madden:

When I received the call from Madden, it was like my childhood dream was coming true. Being on the cover of Madden NFL 27 is a full circle moment. I grew up playing Madden and imagining what it would be like to be part of the game. I know fans are going to love what’s new in this year’s game, and I’m looking forward to getting my rating up to a 99 by the end of the season.
