The next anime series of the popular Cyberpunk franchise is hitting Netflix this fall. Today, a new Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 trailer showcased new animation scenes and characters while using VHS style effects to give it a retro feel. The same animation studio, Studio Trigger, continues its involvement with the new animation series. Those who have watched the first Edgerunners that released on Netflix in September 2022 should jump on it now. While we don’t know if any story and characters will flow into the new series, it’s good to get caught up and avoid spoilers.
