Update (4/25/18 at 12:20pm ET): Bandai Namco has released the official character trailer for Zamasu (fused), revealing character moves and gameplay.

After releasing two DLC characters, Bardock and Broly, Bandai Namco makes the official announcement of a new character to join the roster. Zamasu, a character from the Dragon Ball Super series will make his glorious appearance on the latest Dragon Ball fighting game soon.

Rumors have been swirling on future character Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegito (SSGSS Vegito or Super Saiyan Blue Vegito) to be announced and released alongside with Zamasu. While Vegito was introduced in the Dragon Ball Z series, SSGSS Vegito was revealed in the Dragon Ball Super series, the same time Zamasu was introduced in the tv series, making it no surprise if he was revealed. For now, we have Zamasu officially coming out. Check out the screenshots of Zamasu while we wait patiently for the official character trailer.
