It hasn’t even been five hours since the Piranha Plant was released on the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate 2.0 patch and he’s already making a mark, a bad one. Reports from players are saying when playing the Piranha Plant in the All-Star mode can potentially corrupt your save files. Yikes!

You can guarantee that Nintendo will release a 2.01 patch (or whatever that number is) within the hours to fix this issue. For now, avoid the new downloadable character in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate All-Star mode.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available for the Nintendo Switch.
