The game follows the story closely and more to the original anime series, Dragon Ball Z. In-between key battles, you’ll be able to explore the world, interact with friends of the past, and take on quests. However it’s not just a battle game. You’ll be playing to level-up your characters just like a role-playing game. Mark Religioso, brand manager of Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. had the following to say for fans:

The game’s soundtrack takes the same scores from the original run in Japan and orchestrated for this game.
