Growing up with Pokemon since its release of Red and Blue in the 1990s, the 8-bit styled design will always hold a special place despite how gorgeous today’s Pokemon Sword and Shield look. With new variations from classic Pokemon, what would they look like if they were created in the 1990s? With these two pixel-styled arts, it’s not hard wanting another Game Boy-styled game of Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Would be quite interesting if Nintendo and Game Freak to create a 3D and 2D mode for the next Pokemon game, similar to Square Enix’s Dragon Quest XI S.
