Godfall‘s expansion, Fire & Darkness and Lightbringer updates coming on August 10th. The PlayStation 4 players can purchase the upcoming expansion and download the free Lightbringer update on August 10th. To play the new content, the base game is required on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and on the Epic Games Store for PC. This is a big surprise for next-gen as typically a game doesn’t go backwards on console versions. With the shortage of the PlayStation 5, developers are looking to support the PlayStation 4 a little longer. However, purchase Godfall on PlayStation 4, you are eligible for a free update to the PlayStation 5, if you happen to purchase a PlayStation 5.
