Announced earlier this year, the NieR: Automata anime broadcasting announced to air in Janaury 2023 during the winter anime season. The anime, NieR:Automata Ver1.1a showcased a couple promo clips during Aniplex’s event, featuring the popular 2B and 9S androids as they fight for humanity against the machine-driven dystopia. Additionally, you can watch the interview that took place earlier this morning during Aniplex Online Fest 2022. Fans can also watch Yoko Taro’s reactions regarding his game becoming an anime. While it is quite late to do a broadcast of the game, it shows how much popular it is since its release in early 2017. Even the game is still re-releasing on new platforms as it’s scheduled to launch for the Nintendo Switch on October 6, 2022.

NieR:Automata Ver1.1a broadcasts in Japan starting January 2023. Expect the series to make its streaming debut worldwide in the same timeframe. No dubbed version announced yet.
