Originally announced to release the end of 2024, the latest Final Fantasy VII Rebirth trailer shows a new launch window of early 2024. That’s not all, a whole new set of gameplay was showcased in this latest trailer. Fans will finally see how the fan-favorite animal, Red XIII plays with the party along with some tag team attacks. An additional surprise is the ninja girl, Yuffie joins the team. She was last scene in a separate story in Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade. That launched in June 2021 for the PlayStation 5 and PC.
PlayStation 4 owners who still have the original Final Fantasy VII Remake will have to purchase a PlayStation 5 if they want to play the next chapter of the popular remake. Just like the classic days of multiple discs, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will launch on two discs.
