Final Fantasy VII‘s next remake installment is getting a lot of attention. Not only did it win the “Most Anticipated Game” for 2024 award at this year’s The Video Game Awards but also a first-reveal of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth theme song with a new trailer to go with it. The song, “No Promises to Keep” was composed by the famous Nobuo Uematsu and performed by Loren Allred who made a big splash with her single “Never Enough” from the movie, The Greatest Showman.
In the extended trailer that was revealed at The Video Game Show, Cid Highwind made his appearance. Additionally, Vincent Valentine shows his face for the first time too. The trailer also reveals new gameplay footage of summons, Gold Saucer amusement park activities, Barrett’s backstory and more. There’s a lot happening and fans should be excited to see what’s in store soon.
