With the game coming out soon, a unique mode is showcased in the latest Echoes of Aincrad trailer, the Death Mode. The mode acts very similar to the popular anime series, Sword Art Online. When a player dies, so does their lives. Except in this case, your save file is gone and you have to start over again. Challenging? Yes but are you willing to take the challenge? Echoes of Aincrad launches on July 10, 2026 for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam).
