After it’s original announcement earlier in the summer, a Atelier Karia release date is confirmed to come to all platforms on February 25, 2027. This will the first Atelier game to jump onto the Nintendo Switch 2 on launch day and not Nintendo Switch version.

Players are introduced to amnesiac alchemist named Karia and her companions Servio Lektor, Fina Rozen, and alchemist Yumia Liessfeldt (known from the previous Atelier game as the protagonist). You’ll encounter many while exploring Aladiss’ mysterious underworld and uncover its secrets. Alchemy and synthesis continues to be the main key component and players are introduced to a renovated synthesis system where you’ll have to be creative and strategic when performing alchemy in your cauldron while in the depths of Aladiss. Connect mana pieces in a recipe map to unlock certain effects while figuring out the most effective way to use the necessary ingredients.

Those looking to pre-order can do so in either digital or physical formats. A special physical edition of Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & the Guide of Memories is now available through the NIS America store. This premium box will sell at a retail price of $114.99 USD for the Nintendo Switch 2 (game-key card), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. Purchasers will receive the base game, artbook, CD with extra tracks, set of nine A4-size posters, and a costume DLC.
