Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance trailer dives into more gameplay mechanics, story, and of course the monsters in this upcoming expansion.

The trailer showcases the new Boost Bracer equipment, giving new abilities such as temporarily strong attacks, combos, and mobility maneuvers to take on those challenges. Additional abilities for each weapon type and new gameplay mechanics will be introduced in the near future.

Players will encounter a new monster, the pack-hunting aerial ace Araketa. These monster utilize the air currents with high-speed flights from their wings. Additionally, a newly discovered Elder Dragon Gundoraja, a massive serpentine figure that can bend the storm to its will was revealed.
