Announced earlier this summer, Square Enix releases the latest Final Fantasy Resonance trailer along with fifty screenshots of the latest HD-2D game. In the latest trailer, Square Enix asks fans, what if Final Fantasy had continued to push the limits of pixel art? Showcasing what it would be with the latest footage of the upcoming role-playing game (RPG).

Based off of the mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, the game’s design and gameplay will bring fans of the classic turned-based back for another round.

Final Fantasy Resonance launches on October 22, 2026 for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Fans can visit the game’s official website for more information and pre-order options.
